Alliance of Youth Leaders in the United States (AYLUS) is a youth volunteer leadership organization that promotes the development of its memers leadership, integrity and innovation, through the planning and execution of volunteer projects that aim at benefiting our communities. The Twin Cities Branch is an active branch hosting various community service events in the Minneapolis and Saint Paul area in Minnesota. It has 60+ members from 10+ schools across Twin Cities metro area. This branch is centered around the theme of “giving hope.” It partners with organizations and fundraise for them, allowing them to reach more people who are in need.

The Association of Minnesota Chinese Physicians (AMCP) is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization of licensed Chinese Minnesotan physicians with a shared commitment to community service, professional development and promotion of collaborations in order to advance medical sciences and patient care. AMCP also facilitates the exchange and interaction of medical professionals between US (Minnesota in particular) and China. AMCP members are physicians of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine. Mid-level providers such as physician assistants and nurse practitioners and physicians in training are also welcomed. AMCP welcomes non-Chinese physicians who are interested in promoting the AMCP mission.

Chinese Club at Wayzata High School is to celebrate Chinese language and culture. We offer students a chance to explore Chinese traditions, practice Mandarin, and connect with others who share an interest in Chinese culture. Whether you’re a heritage speaker, a language learner, or just curious about Chinese food, festivals, and history, there’s a place for you!
Popular activities include Chinese martial arts, Chinese food-making workshops, cultural performances, movies, and celebrating holidays like Lunar New Year,the Mid-Autumn Festival, etc. The clubs also collaborate with the Chinese language classes and organize events that bring the school community together to learn and have fun.
Joining a Chinese club is a great way to make friends, develop leadership and collaboration skills, and broaden your cultural understanding. Come join us and be part of this exciting cultural journey!

Trojan Robotics is a team from Wayzata High School, in their 16th year of competing in the FIRST Robotics competition—an international platform where high school students design, engineer, and build robots. The team’s mission is to provide an inclusive and life-changing platform and give young students the skills and resilience needed for the future. They value diversity, innovation, and collaboration, all of which are highlighted during and after their build season.

Hopkins XinXing Chinese immersion program is a K-5 total immersion program. We offer an early total immersion program, meaning that all core subject matter is taught in Mandarin Chinese for the full day in grades K-2. Students learn to read and write in Mandarin first. Our teachers are native speakers of Chinese, who create a positive and authentic full-day immersion experience for your child. Our students participate in concept-based inquiry units developed by our highly skilled teachers. These units foster an international mindset, and critical thinking, two essential skills in our ever-changing world.

Kumon is the world’s largest after-school math and reading enrichment program providing instruction from Pre-K to through High School.  It is a structured, proven self-learning program that gives children the critical thinking skills and mindset to learn new materials independently. Kumon students stand out because they not only master math and reading, they also develop skills for success such as focus, confidence and grit.

Phoenix Chinese Dance Academy is dedicated to Chinese dance education and performance, guided by the mission of “Nurture individuals and promote culture through dance.” Led by Artistic Director Li Ying, who has nearly 20 years of teaching experience in the U.S., the academy trained numerous outstanding dancers who excel on various stages in Minnesota.

Acclaimed grand dance shows by Phoenix include “Dancing Through Time,” “Poetry in The Seasons,” “Her.Story – Ode to Beauty,” and “Between Water and Cloud”. The academy’s performances have also graced major events such as the Minnesota Orchestra Hall, Timberwolves’ Game, and the Minnesota State Fair.

The mission of Three Rivers Park District is to promote environmental stewardship through recreation and education in a natural resources-based park system. It encompasses over 27,000 acres of parks and trails and serves millions of visitors annually. Three Rivers is committed to inclusion and equitable access to the outdoors. Aiming to connect as many people as possible with nature, Three Rivers brings parks to the community at a variety of events and festivals by providing sample park activities for all ages and abilities, educational and informational materials, and friendly staff who can answer questions.

The mission of Make-A-Wish Minnesota is to create life-changing wishes for children with critical illnesses. Research shows that receiving a wish can help give a child the strength to fight against, and sometimes even overcome, their illness. We serve all 87 counties in the state, including 41 Hennepin County kids currently in our wish pipeline. Our vision is to grant the wish of every eligible child in Minnesota, and we are committed to fostering an organization that is not only accessible but welcoming. Part of this includes making sure that our volunteers reflect the communities they serve, and that all children have an equitable wish experience. We are currently seeking bilingual volunteers, particularly in Hmong, Spanish, Arabic, and Somali, to serve as wish granters, airport greeters, and shopping spree assistants so that families whose first language is not English can fully relax and enjoy the wish journey. God’s immeasurable grace and love is manifested toward the Chinese community in every corner of the world. We, as Chinese from China, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia, saved by Christ Jesus, have founded West Metro Chinese Church in order to proclaim the wonderful works of our great God. 

Our church’s history can be traced back to a monthly fellowship twenty years ago. As a church plant of TCCCC, we became Independent on Sep 24, 2017. As a church, we are eager to respond to God’s great love with our commitment to proclaiming Jesus and making disciples, and we desire to become a blessing to the Chinese community in the west suburb of the Twin Cities!

Haiti needs help. At Papillon Marketplace, parents are paid fairly for their work, and childcare, preschool, elementary school, and job skills training are offered. Our orders of their products help provide jobs for parents in Haiti.

Anime Fusion is a nonprofit annual convention put on by its 501(c)(3) parent company Quad Cities Anime, Inc. QCA started as an anime club named for the four Twin Cities suburbs that its founding members called home, established from the appreciation of both the pop and social culture of Japan.

Anime Fusion is an event made for fans by fans. We focus on a balance between popular new releases and the retro titles that first introduced many of us to the genre! This means a wonderful chance for audiences of all ages to come together and celebrate their fandom around anime, manga, gaming, collectibles, costuming, and more! We are committed to supporting and engaging the fan event community, and all of the beautiful diversity and difference that comes with it.

India Association of Minnesota is a non-profit organization that has straddled over four decades of community service since its inception in 1973, India Association of Minnesota (IAM) aims to build a strong and cohesive community of over 50,000-strong Asian Indians in the state of Minnesota. Through its three-prong mission of Culture, Charity and Connections, IAM seeks to build bridges of understanding between the Asian Indians and the society at large within the state and the country, connect Minnesota with India through events that promote cultural understanding and heritage, provide a charitable hand to causes here and in India, all while functioning as the umbrella organization to the multitude of regional and non-profit organizations in the state

The League of Women Voters, a nonpartisan organization, works to empower voters and defend democracy! BluuuoArt Is a local artist from Minneapolis- primarily being a print artist with a focus on character work from Video games, anime/manga, and occasionally other forms of media! coming in 11×17 and 6×9 art prints, these works use methods of vivid color play and color mixing. Also having 2.25 in buttons, 3in. Stickers, and 6×4 sticker sheets with either a cute or chaotic twist.

Our mission is to promote the Chinese language as a tool for communication worldwide. As a professional organization, CLTA-MN represents Chinese language teachers in all educational settings. Minnetonka Public Schools is home to Minnesota’s largest Language Immersion Program with more than 3,000 elementary students enrolled in either a Chinese or Spanish full immersion program. Chinese is offered as a school-within-a-school program at Excelsior and Scenic Heights Elementary Schools. About half of all Kindergarten students at each school enroll in Chinese Immersion and half enroll in the English Kindergarten program. All of our Chinese Immersion teachers at Minnetonka are native speakers. In our Immersion Program, 100% of the classroom instruction is taught in Chinese from Kindergarten to second grade. Students begin English language arts and reading instruction in third grade. Our students perform exceedingly well in both English and Chinese. By fifth grade, our Chinese Immersion students score as well on English reading and writing tests as their peers in the English program.

We As One Education is a Minnesota-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded by a dedicated team of world language educators passionate about fostering inclusion and belonging through language and cultural education. The Minnesota Council for the Gifted & Talented (MCGT) is a volunteer-led registered 501(c)3 nonprofit supporting families of gifted and twice-exceptional kids of all ages, interests, and strengths since 1956. MCGT publishes a bi-monthly newsletter for our members, sponsors an annual gifted expo with special children’s programs and an annual family summer picnic, conducts monthly parent/caregiver discussion groups, hosts virtual speaker events, promotes advocacy at all levels for gifted & talented children, and supports local community groups.

JASM provides a place where both individuals and businesses are able to engage in cultural activities, meet others with an interest in Japan, form new business relationships, learn, and build mutual respect between Japan and America. Our member supported, non-profit, non-political association is dedicated to bringing the peoples of Japan and the United States closer together in mutual understanding, respect, and cooperation. Through programs and interchange, we endeavor to promote an appreciation of cultural, educational, economic, public, and other affairs of interest to both peoples. Supporting business relationships and providing a place where individuals can engage in Japanese cultural events is a driving force in JASM. TCML-MN (Taiwan Center for Mandarin Learning – Minnesota) is a non-profit educational organization, the only Mandarin learning center in Minnesota for adult learners. While most Chinese language schools are for children, we provide a fun, supportive space for adults to learn Mandarin and explore modern culture from Asian communities. Our small class sizes, real-life topics, and practical language use help learners build confidence and communication skills. We incorporate local community resources and cultural activities to encourage active participation beyond the classroom—whether it’s tea tastings, holiday celebrations, or performance events with other local groups. We also support our learners in applying for scholarships to study Mandarin or pursue graduate degrees in Taiwan. TCML-MN believes learning Mandarin should be meaningful, engaging, and open to everyone.

Minnesota Yucai Chinese School is a 501(c) 3 non-profit educational organization founded in 2007. We admit students of any race, age, sex, and nationality to our programs. Yucai offers various levels of Chinese language classes and a variety of academic enrichment classes in mathematics, English language arts, music, programming, and tennis. Yucai delivers both in-person and online instructions based on students’ needs. Currently, we run five programs throughout the year:

The Northwest Islamic Community Center (NWICC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to nurturing faith, education, and unity through inclusive, community-focused programs. ISKCON Minnesota, located at 4000 Minnehaha Avenue in South Minneapolis, is a vibrant spiritual center dedicated to the practice and promotion of Krishna consciousness. Established in 2023 by a group of devoted families inspired by the teachings of A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada – Founder-Acharya of the International Society for Krishna Consciousness, the center serves as a hub for devotional activities, cultural events, and community outreach. The temple offers regular programs, including the popular Sunday Feast, which features Kirtan (devotional chanting), Spiritual discourses, and Prasadam (sanctified vegetarian food). Weekly classes, such as the Wednesday Night Wisdom series, provide insights into Vedic scriptures and philosophy. In October 2023, the community celebrated the installation of the deities Sri Sri Nimai-Nitai, marking a significant milestone in the temple’s spiritual journey.

A 10x10ft booth location is provided. Exhibitors/Vendors will need to bring their own tent, table, and chairs. Also, by City requirements, tents need to be secured by weight, as the city does not allow anything to be stuck into the ground. Please specify the type of booth in your registration request. An electronic invoice will be sent to the application email. Upon payment, the registration is complete, and final booth ID and event day logistics will be delivered mid-May.

Merchandise Booth: $200 booth fee (Merchandise selling excluding Food);

Booth locations are limited. Registrations will be handled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Registration Due Monday May 5th, 2025. A $100 late fee will be charged after the due date and booth location is not guaranteed.
