Registration cost: $50 for Nonprofit organization, $100 for Exhibit Only booth, and $150 for Exhibit with Merchandise activities

Due to operational and budget constraints, exhibitors will need to bring their own tent, table and chairs. Also, by City requirements tent needs to be secured by weight, as the city does not allow anything sticking into the ground.

The Association of Minnesota Chinese Physicians (AMCP) is a non-profit 501(c)3 organization of licensed Chinese Minnesotan physicians with a shared commitment to community service, professional development and promotion of collaborations in order to advance medical sciences and patient care. AMCP also facilitates the exchange and interaction of medical professionals between US (Minnesota in particular) and China. AMCP members are physicians of Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine. Mid-level providers such as physician assistants and nurse practitioners and physicians in training are also welcomed. AMCP welcomes non-Chinese physicians who are interested in promoting the AMCP mission.

The mission of Three Rivers Park District is to promote environmental stewardship through recreation and education in a natural resources-based park system. It encompasses over 27,000 acres of parks and trails and serves millions of visitors annually. Three Rivers is committed to inclusion and equitable access to the outdoors. Aiming to connect as many people as possible with nature, Three Rivers brings parks to the community at a variety of events and festivals by providing sample park activities for all ages and abilities, educational and informational materials, and friendly staff who can answer questions.

Alliance of Youth Leaders in the United States (AYLUS) is a youth volunteer leadership organization that promotes the development of its memers leadership, integrity and innovation, through the planning and execution of volunteer projects that aim at benefiting our communities. The Twin Cities Branch is an active branch hosting various community service events in the Minneapolis and Saint Paul area in Minnesota. It has 60+ members from 10+ schools across Twin Cities metro area. This branch is centered around the theme of “giving hope.” It partners with organizations and fundraise for them, allowing them to reach more people who are in need.

Acuherb is Minnekyda’s proprietary blend of Traditional Chinese Medicine methods. Medina Martial Arts is a space dedicated to the improvement of its students in all aspects of life – on and off the mats. The core values are Community, Discipline, and Honor.

Minnesota Yucai Chinese School is a 501(c) 3 non-profit educational organization founded in 2007. We admit students of any race, age, sex, and nationality to our programs. Yucai offers various levels of Chinese language classes and a variety of academic enrichment classes in mathematics, English language arts, music, programming, and tennis. Yucai delivers both in-person and online instructions based on students’ needs. Currently, we run five programs throughout the year:

Elevate Medical Spa was founded in 2024 out of a desire to bring the long-standing Asian culture and tradition of skincare and beauty rituals to Minnesota. Trojan Robotics is a team from Wayzata High School, in their 16th year of competing in the FIRST Robotics competition—an international platform where high school students design, engineer, and build robots. The team’s mission is to provide an inclusive and life-changing platform and give young students the skills and resilience needed for the future. They value diversity, innovation, and collaboration, all of which are highlighted during and after their build season.

IKARE is a non-profit organization that promotes highly talented individuals from the Cambodian community in the areas of science, technology, engineering, arts, and mathematics.

We also operate the national Khmer Legacy Museum as a platform to protect, promote, and preserve the contributions of the Cambodian people to the world.

For example, Cambodia was home to the largest city in the world–The size of Los Angeles– about 1000 years before America was founded.  Today the country prides itself as home to the 7th man-made Wonder of the world , the Angkor Wat , the world’s largest peace and religious monument.

The world’s oldest evidence of the binary number system is currently preserved and sketched on a stone tablet at the National Cambodian Museum, in Cambodia.

As war and genocide survivors after the Vietnam War in the 1970s Cambodians have become a fragmented community thriving to preserve and promote a rich history, culture, and heritage of a People once known for having built a  heaven on earth rivaled only by the Western world of the Greeks and Roman Empire.

Hello! I am Jeena Gurung Vomhof, and I am thrilled to be a vendor at the Twin Cities West Metro Asian Fair, representing my business Namaste Brows and Boutique. We established Namaste Brows and Boutique in October 2021 with a mission to make you feel beautiful inside and out.

On the service side, we specialize in eyebrows and whole face threading using cotton thread, providing a precise and gentle method for removing facial hair. On the boutique side, we are passionate about supporting and empowering women in Nepal who craft handmade Nepali gift items. By being their supplier, we not only showcase their incredible talents but also contribute to their livelihoods, enabling them to send their children to school and build brighter futures.

At the fair, I will be offering a range of exquisite products including cashmere and silk shawls, felt trivets, purses, mobiles and keychains, hemp bags, Nepali jewelry, and much more. I am eager to share the richness of my culture and the beauty of Nepali souvenirs with you. Math + Science Club is a student-run 501(c)3 non-profit organization promoting competition math and science, leadership, and collaboration.

Since its establishment in summer 2023, we’ve attracted over 100 students from more than 20 schools across the Twin Cities area. Our weekly club meetings are designed primarily for middle and high school students, with each meeting featuring a math lecture, science bowl, physics bowl, computer science, or machine learning sessions.  Additionally, we frequently organize events such as scientist roundtables, tournaments, and student panels.

Twin Cities Chapter of the Japanese American Citizens League (JACL) is a national membership organization whose mission is to secure and maintain the human and civil rights of Americans victimized by injustice. JACL derives its effectiveness through its strategically located regional offices, which serve the needs of the organization’s members and help maintain the well-being of all Americans.

God’s immeasurable grace and love is manifested toward the Chinese community in every corner of the world. We, as Chinese from China, Taiwan, and Southeast Asia, saved by Christ Jesus, have founded West Metro Chinese Church in order to proclaim the wonderful works of our great God. 

Our church’s history can be traced back to a monthly fellowship twenty years ago. As a church plant of TCCCC, we became Independent on Sep 24, 2017. As a church, we are eager to respond to God’s great love with our commitment to proclaiming Jesus and making disciples, and we desire to become a blessing to the Chinese community in the west suburb of the Twin Cities!

People for PSEO is a youth-led nonprofit organization that promotes, defends, and expands opportunities for students through the PSEO program. Each year, over 20,000 Minnesota students in grades 10-12 use the PSEO programs to earn free college credits and apply those credits to their high school graduation requirements. People for PSEO provides navigational support and strategic insight to families who wish to use the PSEO program to maximize the amount of time and money saved through the PSEO program. 

The Plymouth Environmental Quality Committee reviews, considers, initiates and recommends to the Plymouth City Council various policies, plans and projects to enhance and preserve the natural environment of the city. A seven-member committee, the EQC consists of one representative from each of the city’s four wards, as well as three at-large members. The EQC typically meets the second Wednesday of the month at 7 p.m. in the Medicine Lake Room at Plymouth City Hall, 3400 Plymouth Blvd. Meetings are open to the public.

Since 1983, Lao Assistance Center has helped thousands of low-income Lao families in MN with direct services and support in education, housing, Senior, employment, youth art & Culture, Civic Engagement, healthcare, Public Assistance, and financial.

My name is Shen Fei. I am an artist and middle school art teacher. I enjoy and appreciate beautiful things. Painting, making jewelry and dance are my hobbies. I am honored to be selling jewelry at the Asian Fair 

I use beads made from Chinese cloisonné enamel, in shapes such as fish and Chinese Opera faces. These beads were produced in China in the 1970s and 1980s and are rare. I love to use freshwater Chinese pearls for earrings and headpieces. In addition, there are Chinese qipao dresses and embroidered bags available. 

This is my first appearance at the Asian Fair and I will wear a beautiful Chinese embroidered Hanfu and traditional Chinese hair accessories in celebration of this event. It is my hope that we can inspire visitors to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation of the precious and beautiful nature of Chinese handcrafts.

This is a sister-city collaboration initiated by the MN China Friendship Garden Society, with the City of Saint Paul Department of Parks & Recreation, Payne Phalen Community Council, with the City of Changsha, Hunan Province, the Changsha People’s Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, and the Changsha Yanghu Wetland Park (Phalen Park’s sister park) in China.

Phoenix Chinese Dance Academy is dedicated to Chinese dance education and performance, guided by the mission of “Nurture individuals and promote culture through dance.” Led by Artistic Director Li Ying, who has nearly 20 years of teaching experience in the U.S., the academy trained numerous outstanding dancers who excel on various stages in Minnesota.

Acclaimed grand dance shows by Phoenix include “Dancing Through Time,” “Poetry in The Seasons,” “Her.Story – Ode to Beauty,” and “Between Water and Cloud”. The academy’s performances have also graced major events such as the Minnesota Orchestra Hall, Timberwolves’ Game, and the Minnesota State Fair.
