2026 Exhibitors – Twin Cities West Metro Asian Fair

Setup Time: Booth setup starts 9:00 AM on May 30, 2026. The event runs from 11 AM to 7 PM and feel free to stay later for a music night until 9PM.
Address: 3400 Plymouth Blvd, Plymouth, MN 55447 (Hilde Performance Center, Park behind Plymouth City Hall)
What to bring: Exhibitors/Vendors need to bring own tent (10x10ft or smaller), table, and chairs. Per city requirements, tents must be secured by weight, as the city does not allow anything to stick into the ground.
Parking: Free parking is available at Plymouth City Hall and nearby streets. Use these coordinates in Google Maps for driving directions and the event entrance trail: 45.0199, -93.4759. The event information booth (INFO) is located at the entrance of the event.
Waste Disposal: Please ensure your booth area is kept clean and dispose of any waste in the designated bins. The Asian Fair will collect the following materials for recycling and composting.  Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and environmentally friendly event!

Notes:
– E7, E10, E13, E16, E22, E24, E30, and E27-E32 are NOT directly beside walkway.  They are behind the tree line.
– E8 and E11 are next to power source. But make sure to bring safety cover for extension cords to prevent trip hazard.
– All corner booths of the large squares have two side facing out.  Only E6, E9, E12 and E15 only have one side facing out.
