2026 Exhibitors – Twin Cities West Metro Asian Fair

Please add your Organization Name in the “First Name” Field.

Setup Time: The event runs from 11 AM to 7 PM on May 30st, 2026. You may begin Booth setup at 9:00 AM.
What to bring: Exhibitors/Vendors need to bring their own tent (10x10ft or smaller), table, and chairs. Per city requirements, tents must be secured by weight, as the city does not allow anything to stick into the ground.
Parking: Free parking is available at Plymouth City Hall (3400 Plymouth Blvd, Plymouth, MN) and nearby streets. Use these coordinates in Google Maps for driving directions and the event entrance trail: 45.0199, -93.4759. The event information booth (INFO) is located at the entrance of the event.
Waste Disposal: Please ensure your booth area is kept clean and dispose of any waste in the designated bins. The Asian Fair will collect the following materials for recycling and composting.  Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and environmentally friendly event!
