Waiver

By participating in the West Metro Asian Fair Event, I voluntarily assume all risks related to my participation and/or presence at the Event. I hereby waive, release, and discharge West Metro Asian Fair and its agents, employees, volunteers, sponsors, affiliates, and related parties from any and all claims or liabilities for personal injury, death, property damage, or any other loss that may arise in connection with the Event, including those resulting from ordinary negligence. I agree not to bring any legal claim against the released parties. I also grant permission for photographs or video taken of me during the Event to be used for promotional or other lawful purposes without further consent. If I bring a minor under the age of 18 to the Event, I understand that I am fully responsible for their supervision, safety, and any medical expenses incurred. I authorize emergency medical care if necessary.
