Due to limited space and high demand, food vendor participation is by application and selection only. We currently have a waiting list, and all submissions will be reviewed by the event committee. Please submit your food vendor request by email to:

The committee will review all applications in mid-April and select vendors based on factors such as menu variety and overall balance of food offerings to ensure a diverse and enjoyable experience for attendees.

Submitting an application does not guarantee selection. Selected vendors will be contacted with further registration instructions. We appreciate your interest in being part of the Twin Cities West Metro Asian Fair and helping showcase the diverse flavors of Asian cuisine to our community.
Operation Hours: The food booths will be open from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, with a potential extension until 9:00 PM this year.

Audrey’s Cakelicious
At Audrey’s Cakelicious, a Twin Cities small business, we’re passionate about bringing you an unforgettable sweet experience. Our specialty lies in Southeast Asian treats, from the delicate Indonesian roll cake (Bolu Gulung) to the iconic Pandan chiffon cake – taste adventures that evoke tropical warmth and joy. And for those classic cravings, we’ve got you covered with our delicious cupcakes and cakes for every special moment.
Taiwanese Sausages
Taiwanese sausages are made by mixing pork, liquor, and various spices. Unlike other Chinese sausages, Taiwanese sausages use larger chunks of ground meat, contains no soy, or MSG. Due to a shorter drying process, Taiwanese Sausages also have a chewier, juicer and sweeter taste compared to other sausages.
Taiwanese sausages are one of the most popular street food in Taiwan, often grilled by charcoal and sold on a stick. In Taiwanese household it is cooked via steaming or stir fry with vegetables or rice.

Mrs. Eggroll
Mrs. Eggroll® is part of the LICIOUS® food ambition network. We began as a simple idea to introduce Americans to a tase of Cambodian at festivals, fairs, and public events. The idea was born as a fundraiser to support the work of the Cambodian museum in St. Paul, Minnesota during the Covid pandemic and local charity projects. It was the simultaneous cancellation of the Festival of Nations, MN State Fair, and other cultural events during the CoronaVirus/Covid-19 pandemic that inspired Mrs. Eggroll® to bring the flavors into your home.
