Registration is due on Monday, May 5th, 2026. A $100 late fee will be charged after the due date, and booth location is not guaranteed.
About The Booth
A 10x10ft booth location is provided, but exhibitors and vendors will need to bring their own tent, table, and chairs. Additionally, tents must be secured by weight, as the city prohibits anything from being stuck into the ground. Please specify the type of booth you’d like to register for in your request. An electronic invoice will be sent to the email address you provided during registration. Once payment is received, your registration will be complete, and you’ll receive your final booth ID and event day logistics in mid-May.

What You Need to Know About Booth Applications
Step 1, Submit Booth Request
Complete the online application form and select your preferred booth location.
Step 2, Application Review
Our team reviews your business information and confirms eligibility.
Step 3, Booth Confirmation
If approved, we will send you a confirmation email and booth availability.
Step 4, Invoice & Payment
An invoice will be sent to you. Your booth will be reserved after payment is received.
Step 5, Booth Assignment
After payment confirmation, your final Booth ID and location on the map will be assigned.
Step 6, Vendor Information Sent
You will receive the final vendor information including:
- Booth map location
- Setup instructions
- Event schedule
• Vendor contact information
Showcase Your Brand at Asian Fair 2026
The registration for the 2026 Exhibitor/Merchandise Booths begins on March 1st, 2026. Please send your questions to Registration@tcasianfair.org.

Here are the booth fees:
– Exhibitor Booth Non-Profit (no merchandise selling): $75 booth fee. Please provide proof of active 501(c)(3) status.
– Exhibitor Booth Regular (no merchandise selling): $150 booth fee.
– Merchandise Booth (merchandise selling, excluding food): $200 booth fee.
Booth locations are limited, and registrations will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
