2026 Exhibitor Registration starts March 1st, 2025: please email Registration@tcasianfair.org.
A 10x10ft booth location is provided. Exhibitors/Vendors will need to bring their own tent, table, and chairs. Also, by City requirements, tents need to be secured by weight, as the city does not allow anything to be stuck into the ground. Please specify the type of booth in your registration request. An electronic invoice will be sent to the application email. Upon payment, the registration is complete, and final booth ID and event day logistics will be delivered mid-May.
Exhibitor Booth Non-Profit: (no merchandise selling) $75 booth fee, Please provide proof for active 501(c)(3) status;
Exhibitor Booth Regular: (no merchandise selling) $150 booth fee;
Merchandise Booth: $200 booth fee (Merchandise selling excluding Food);

Booth locations are limited. Registrations will be handled on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Registration Due Monday May 5th, 2025. A $100 late fee will be charged after the due date and booth location is not guaranteed.
