Taiwanese sausages are made by mixing pork, liquor, and various spices. Unlike other Chinese sausages, Taiwanese sausages use larger chunks of ground meat, contains no soy, or MSG. Due to a shorter drying process, Taiwanese Sausages also have a chewier, juicer and sweeter taste compared to other sausages.

The idea was born as a fundraiser to support the work of the Cambodian museum in St. Paul, Minnesota during the Covid pandemic and local charity projects. It was the simultaneous cancellation of the Festival of Nations, MN State Fair, and other cultural events during the CoronaVirus/Covid-19 pandemic that inspired Mrs. Eggroll® to bring the flavors into your home.
